The S. Mark Taper Foundation Shelter Resource Bank

Shelter Partnership collaborates with a variety of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, schools, and government programs across Los Angeles County. These organizations are dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness and poverty in many different ways. Our community partners include:

  • Emergency Shelter, Transitional Housing, and Interim Housing
  • Permanent Supportive Housing and Affordable Housing
  • Schools, Community Colleges, and Universities serving students facing poverty

Together, our partners support thousands of people throughout Los Angeles County, including:

  • Adults, families, and youth experiencing homelessness or poverty
  • Veterans facing homelessness
  • Survivors of domestic violence
  • People with disabilities
  • Foster and emancipated youth

Since 1989, Shelter Partnership has provided over $337 million in essential items, such as new clothing, diapers, hygiene products, and children’s items. These donations are never sold or traded. We welcome new agencies to join our program and help us continue making a positive impact in our community.
